It's okay. It would be a better film if it took itself a little more seriously and didn't constantly veer into self-indulgence, like the very Peter Jackson-esque self-tracheotomy or the '666' thing. Be a gritty realistic horror movie, or a cartoonish one - but choose, dammit.

Best horror movie of the decade. Closely followed by THE DESCENT.

Good movie, no more, no less. Could have been better though...
Watched the whole thing without looking away on a bet.
I really loved it when she went all House MD on her own neck in the end. grglgrglgrgl. So ouch.

I wish there were more movies like these, period, horror or not!
