awesome movie poster friday - the TEXAS CHAIN SAW MASSACRE edition!
As promised last week! Massacre of the Texas Chain Saw variety! Or of the Texas Chainsaw variety, depending on how nerdy you want to get.

I know I always mention how cool the Japanese posters are but the first Japanese one (with Marilyn Burns strapped to the chair) is really cool.

ReplyDelete悪魔のいけにえ is , Akuma Noikenie which I think means “Satan Sacrifice” (Satan's? …to Satan?)
And the Italian one is awesome, if you've ever seen a horror movie in a black neighborhood—Don’t Open That Door.
The Italian ones are things of beauty! And I love the Japanese one that has the meat hook going right through Pam's head.

Why are the Japanese ones always the most beautiful? I want to make that one into, like, stationery. Also, "Motorsavs Massakren" is pretty catchy-sounding.

The "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" posters are awesome, three of them with the "Motorsavs Massakren" danish pride yo. Wonder if they are still available after all these years?
