Hey humans, this Monday is Film Club Day! Don't forget to watch the Chuck Norris vs demons extravaganza Hellbound and send me a link to your review! I apologize in advance if it stinks.
In honor of the prestigious day, I present to you the second AMPF that commemorates the FGFC. The first can be found here. After posting these, I have this wicked urge to watch something involving lasers. I hope Mr. Norris busts some out to battle Satan!
Aaaahhh the old woman in the bed!
From my review: "There's a dude in a lizard suit, the worst fake ice you'll ever hope to see, a jacked-up medicine man midget, decapitations, typewriters with souls, and a naked Susan Strasberg sitting on a floating bed shooting lasers at a big eye. Sometimes, my friends, all is right with the world." Still so very true.
I think this movie deserves better posters, although I like the simplicity of #2.
What the world needs now is more movies about hot naked space vampires, don't you think? Most of these posters are better if you make a "pew pew pew" laser noise whilst looking at them.

Henry Mancini did the music for Lifeforce? Who knew?
Black Sabbath is so awesome. I remembered the Wurdalak sequence from when I was a kid (the general setup and more specifically, the weird eyes at the end). I was so happy when I realized I had found that movie again.
Lifeforce: I will always love you, nude space vampiress.
I almost find every Italian horror poster to be more eye-catching than anything coming out of the Hollywood photoshop machine. That said, the last 'Lifeforce' poster is something to uphold..
So the Flemish title is THE TRIANGLE OF FEAR. Why? Flemings.
Anyway, I'm really, really, really disturbed by what Male Naked Space Vampire is doing to his Distaff Space Vampire in the Thai poster. Ow.
Yes, Uzumaki!!! I rarely find anyone who's even heard of this one let alone seen it! That washing machine scene is great! It's just such a, well, twisted (pun intended)film, and with the strangest ending. I don't think it actually scared me, but it did intrigue me as I had never seen anything like it.

Wow, LIFEFORCE has amazing posters for such an ordinary film.
Wow, those Lifeforce posters make me want to watch it, despite all the warnings I've heard otherwise...
Hey! I love your blog so much I gave it an award!
Get it over here at: This girl Digs Horror
Lifeforce is a good movie, seriously.
I too am sorry for anyone who has watched Hellbound. I watched it recently and it fails on all levels. I wanted a movie where Chuck Norris fights demons, dammit!
Black Sabbath. Hey ! That'd be a COOL name for a rock band ....
