From left to right, it's 1) zombie from Romero's Day of the Dead 2) Mrs Voorhees from Friday the 13th 3) Angela from Sleepaway Camp 4) Ingrid Pitt in The Vampire Lovers 5) Alan Rowe Kelly as Beefteena Bullion in The Blood SHed 6) Esther from Orphan.
While this is absolutely hilarious, just like "The Accidental Husband" picture before it, I must say this: "Shame on you, where's Kathy Bates from Misery? Take Angela out of there at once! Stupid, lousy, over-rated, pile of crap ending... Incoherent mumbling."
